Coalition for Nonnative Invasive Plant Management (CNIPM)

ABOUT CNIPM

The Coalition for Nonnative Invasive Plant Management
(CNIPM) is a group formed by organizations in the Highlands area who care about protecting the native landscape of Highlands. The mission of CNIPM is “to protect and preserve the ecological diversity and beauty of the Highlands Plateau by managing nonnative invasive plant species and promoting the use of native plants in landscapes.” In addition to managing invasives in the area, CNIPM also holds educational workshops to help landscapers, nursery owners, and the general public learn about the threats of invasives, how to recognize and eradicate them, and how to use native plants instead to enhance gardens and landscapes. HCLT is proud to be a partner of CNIPM.
